Jefferson County residents are served by both Charles Town Utility Board (CTUB) and West Virginia American Water (WVAW). We often get asked what the difference is. This tool will assist you with a high level assessment in the rate disparity. This does not include the monthly Distribution System Improvement Charge applied to WVAW bills.
