Notice to Customers Served by WV American Water

Due to West Virginia American Water delaying the submission of this month’s meter readings, the Charles Town Utility Board has not yet received the information required to calculate sewer usage for affected customers.

Sewer bills for customers served by West Virginia American Water will be sent once the meter readings are received.
