A watermain was hit during installation of a power pole by a third party on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at approximately 12:00 P.M. CTUB will be making necessary repairs to the watermain as quickly as possible. Addresses affected are Jefferson Avenue, Euclid Avenue and Belvedere Farm Drive in Charles Town. Customers may experience issues with water service and/or pressure. If you are experiencing issues, please contact our office. In the event that a Boil Water Notice is necessary, CTUB will notify affected customers promptly. Our crews are working as quickly as possible to restore service.
